For years, I thought wellness was about being thin and athletic. I tried every diet to lose weight and become the person I thought I was supposed to be. No matter what I did, it never worked. Then I work up. I finally figured out the truth:
I am exactly who I am supposed to be right now!
I can be healthier, fitter, happier, kinder, better in every way tomorrow, but today, I am just fine the way I am.
And so are you.
I returned to school to study health and wellness at the University of Wisconsin so that I can develop the skills to help others on their journeys. It is my joy and passion to guide others on the path of self-love and self-acceptance so that they can become the versions of themselves they want to be.
While I am studying, I offer my support through a Facebook group. As I progress in my studies and career, I will offer additional services when I'm ready.
